Das Zimmer hat eine Dachschräge, sowie ein Kipp/Klappfenster. Es ist ca. 11-12m² groß. Sollte euch der Teppich nicht gefallen, könnt ihr gerne einen anderen bzw. Laminat verlegen. Die Wände und Decke kann nach Belieben gestrichen und bemalt werden. In der Küche gibt es einen Geschirrspüler, Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Das Geschirr und Besteck kann mitbenutzt werden. Im Badezimmer steht eine Waschmaschine die auch mitbenutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Madamenweg und Kreuzstraße. Keine 100m entfernt sind eine Bushaltestelle und ein Aldi. Zum Ring geht man ca. 6 Minuten. Vom Ring braucht man mit dem Bus 10 Minuten zum Hauptcampus. Auch die Diskotheken sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich suche jemanden mit dem man sich unterhalten kann und auch mal auf ein Bier in der Stadt gehen kann.
Solltet ihr Interesse am Zimmer haben, ruft mich am besten an, da ich nicht jeden Tag meine Emails lese.
