Hallo liebe Leute,
da ich die Stadt verlasse, suche ich ein Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in der Jahnstraße.
Das Einzugsdatum ist relativ flexibel. Es ist ab sofort, dem 1. oder auch dem 12.12 (plus/minus x Tage) zu haben. Es ist auch möglich nur für ein paar Monate zur Zwischenmiete einzuziehen.
Es ist ca. 17 m² groß, recht quadratisch und Teil einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Internet, Waschmaschine und dem eleganten Mitbewohner Orpheo.
Der Flur ist schön und interessant geschnitten: Er relativ groß, ebenfalls ziemlich quadratisch und alle Zimmer gehen von diesem ab. Man könnte ihn irgendwie besser nutzen. Im Moment steht dort immer nur der Wäscheständer. Man könnte aber z.B. eine Leseecke oder so einrichten.
Die Küche ist groß genug, um in ihr zusammen zu sitzen und/oder zu kochen, außerdem hat sie ein Fenster, in das morgens die Sonne hinein scheint, zu einer Wiese raus.
Das Badezimmer hat gelbe Fliesen und eine geräumige Dusche!
Außerdem gibt's eine Kammer in der man Zeug lagern kann. Dachboden und Keller gibt's auch.

Hello dear people,
because i'm leaving the city, i'm looking for a new tendant for my room in the Jahnstraße.
The date is flexible, you could move in immediatly, on the 1st or 12th of dec (plus/minus x days). It's also possible to move in for a couple of months.
The room is ca. 17 m², kind of square and part of a 2-bedroom appartment with Internet, washing machine and the elegant flatmate Orpheo.
The corridor is also kind of square and spacious. You could put it in better use, by making something out of it. Right now, it's just used for hanging clothes to dry.
The kitchen is big enough to sit in it together and/or cook together. Plus a window, which is overlooking a meadow.
The bathroom has yellow slabs and a roomy shower!
Moreover there's a small chamber to storage stuff and there's also a cellar and an attic.

Zum Ringbus sind's 7 min und zur Straßenbahn vielleicht 10.

It's 7 minutes walking to the busstop and approx. 10 to the tram.
Orpheo ist ein Typ, der klug wie clever ist.
Er studiert freie Kunst an der HBK und kocht sehr gut.
An allem weiteren kann man sich ja bei einem Treffen mit ihm erfreuen.

You can find out everything else, when meeting with him.
Wenn du möchtest, kannst du das Regalsystem in meinem Zimmer oder Teile davon für ein bisschen Geld übernehmen. Genauso einige andere Möbel, die in dem Zimmer sind.
Aber nur, wenn du möchtest.
Teilweise habe ich die Tapete abgerissen. Wenn du das nicht magst, kann ich das überstreichen oder neu tapezieren oder so.
Außerdem besteht eventuell die Chance die Wohnung zu übernehmen.
