Zum 1. Februar wird in unserer netten 3-er WG ein Zimmer frei:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß, hell und gemütlich! Es hat einen schönen Holzdielenfußboden, ein großes Fenster und hohe Wände.
Auf Wunsch können einige Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl) im Zimmer bleiben – die Möbel können aber auch entsorgt werden, wenn Du deine eigenen Sachen mitbringen möchtest.
Zur Innenstadt sind es mit dem Rad nur 5 Minuten. Zur HBK sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß, zu den unterschiedlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 1 - 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Bushaltestellen (M19, M29, 461, 418) befinden sich nur wenige Meter von der Haustür entfernt.
Wir essen gerne und oft gemeinsam und kochen, basteln, backen spontan zusammen – verbringen aber auch viel Zeit mit unseren eigenen Projekten.
In der Miete (300 Euro) ist schon alles enthalten: inkl. Strom, Wasser, GEZ, Abfall und Internet!
