Da mein Freund für 5 Monate für ein Praktikum weg ist, habe ich ab November ein Zimmer frei und möchte noch einmal das Abenteuer WG wagen. Dich erwartet ein voll möbliertes Zimmer mit viel Stauraum, Bett und Schreibtisch und mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Küche und Bad werden wir uns teilen, sowie das gemütliche Wohnzimmer und die Essecke im Flur. Ein Dachboden zum Wäschetrocknen und der Keller können ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden.

Since my partner has to move for 5 months for an internship, I have a room I don’t need. Therefore, I decided to dare once again the adventure of flatsharing.
You will live in a completely furnished room with a lot of space for your private stuff, a bed, a desk and a window leading to the inner courtyard. We will share the kitchen and bathroom as well as the homely living room and the doorway with dinette.
A drying loft, an attic and a basement for storage are also provided.
Das Acht-Parteien-Haus steht in einer ruhigen Straße am süd-westlichen Rand des inneren Stadtgebiets. Busse und Bahnen halten in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten im Stadtkern und am Bahnhof oder in 15Minuten an der Uni. Noch näher ist die Autobahnauffahrt zur A391 und A39. Das westliche Ringgebiet und das Ringgleis locken mit vielfältigen Sport- und Kulturangeboten.
Penny, Edeka, Rewe, NP , dm, sowie ein großer Real (Markthalle) und ein Baumarkt sind alle um die Ecke. In wenigen Minuten ist man im erholsamen Grün des Bürgerparks und kann die Oker bis zum Südsee verfolgen. Kurzum: Hier genießt man den Luxus einer zentralen Wohnlage und ist gleichzeitig nah an den ruhigen Randgebieten der Stadt.
The 8-apartment house is located in a quiet street at the south-west corner of the central city. Train- and bus stops are just one to two streets away. Your bike will lead you to the main station or the city centre within 10 Minutes. To the uni it will take only 15 Min.
Several stores for your everyday needs are all around the corner, including a drugstore and a hardware store. Just a few minutes away awaits you one of Brunswick’s numerous parks and lakes.
Zu deiner Mitbewohnerin: Ich bin eine studierte Theaterpädagogin, 29 Jahre, Kleingärtnerin, kreativer Chaoskopf, Alles-selber-macherin, irgendwie ein bisschen alternativ und immer für eine Runde Mensch-ärger- Dich-nicht zu haben.
Du solltest ein offenes, freundliches Wesen haben. Zuverlässigkeit und ein mindestmaß an Ordnungssinn machen das zusammenleben einfach und Konfliktfrei. Im Zweifelsfall entscheidet eine Runde Schnick-Schnack-Schnuck, wer mit dem Müll dran ist.
