Ich ziehe zum 01.05. aus und suche eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein schönes 17 m² Zimmer. Die zweier-Wg ist 60 m² groß. Dazu gehören großes Wohnzimmer, große Küche, großes Bad, dein Zimmer, das Zimmer meine Mitwohnerin und meine bezaubernde Mitbewohnerin selbst.
Es ist alles da: Telefon- und Internetflat (WLAN), Spülmaschiene, Waschmaschiene, Flur, Keller, Sofa, Herd, eine herrliche Badewanne usw...
Das ganze befindet sich in der Hugo-Luther Straße - also 5 min. bis zur HBK. Dönerladen, Nexus und Supermarkt sind um die Ecke. 10 min mit dem Rad in die Innenstadt.
Alles warm : 250 Euro.
