Hallo,
Da ich nach dem Ende meines Praktikums wieder nach Berlin gehe, möchten die Mädels mein Zimmer noch mal mein 15qm Zimmer vermieten. Das Zimmer ist hell, teimöbiliert mit einem Schreibtisch, Regale, kleine Kommode, Paar Pflanzen und einer Schlafmatratze.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine, voll ausgestatte Küche und ein Keller.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. In einer Minute erreichst du die HBK. Öffentliche Verkehr wie M3,M5 sowie die beiden Ringbusse und mehrere andere Busse erreichst du in zwei Minuten in Cyriaksring. In der Näge ist ein Rewe und ein Aldi.
Die Stadtmitte erreicht man mit Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Insgesamt ist Braunschweig relativ klein und alles ist relativ schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Die Mädels sind Studentinnen der HBK und sind auf Mini-Job basis tätig. Unter dem Tag sind sie oft entweder in die Uni oder beim Arbeiten. Abends ist sehr entspannt. Manchmal essen wir abends zusammen oder quatschen beim Teetrinken. Jede hält seine private Spähre aber verbrach gerne Zeit mit Anderen. Manchmal sind wir zusammen mit gemeinsamen Freunden essen gegangen.
Wir würden gerne jemanden haben, der bereit in den nächsten Tagen einziehen kann. Alles können wir beim einem Gespräch besprechen. Gerne können wir auch Skypen.

Hi,
I'm moving out after I finished my practice in Braunschweig. We would like to rent the room I used to live in. It's 15 sm and partially furnished. In the room, there is a desk, cupboard, sleeping mattress and some plants. We have a washing machine in the apartment, a nice kitchen and a basement.
The apartment has a very position. It is 1 minute close to several Bus lines and Tram lines. It's only 1 minute far from the HBK. A couple of super markets are not far away as well. Generally speaking Braunschweig is small and you can reach almost anything within a half an hour using the bike. You can get to the main town in less than 10 mins by bike.
Both girls are students in the HBK and work in mini-jobs. They are usually not home during the day. In the afternoon we sometimes have lunch together or drink a tea. Private spheres are respected. We went to a restaurant with common friends a couple of times.
We would like to have someone, who is ready to move in the next few days. We can discuss everything in an interview or through skype. Just write me an email.
