Die Wohnung ist eine 67m² 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Das größte Zimmer ist das Wohnzimmer mit anbindung auf zum Wintergarten. Dann gibt es noch 2 weitere Zimmer. Ein etwas größeres und ein etwas kleineres. Wer welches Zimmer bekommt lässt sich ja dann besprechen, den Zur Zeit ist die Wohnung fast leer ^^
Die Gesammtmiete mit Internet,Telefon,Strom und Gas beträgt 700€. Sprich dein Mietanteil wären 350€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Weststadt ( Aber keine Angst,.. das hier ist die ruhige ecke der Weststadt ^^ ) Die nächste Bahn/Bushaltestelle ist keine 5 Minuten von hier entfernt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu erreichen.
Mitbewohner werdet ihr nur einen haben. Das bin Ich :) Ich bin 20 Jahre alt und bin Berufstätig. Ich bin anfangs etwas schüchtern das ändert sich aber recht schnell^^ Ich bin eigendlich immer gut drauf und Koche auch sehr gerne mal. Würde mich freuen wenn sich jemand melden würde der nicht so langweilig ist und auch gerne am wochenende mal was unternehmen will :)
