Hallo liebe neue Mitbewohnerin,
vermietet wird ein ca. 13qm großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG im 1. OG einer Doppelhaushälfte in ruhiger Lage in der Braunschweiger Weststadt.
Die ganze WG-Wohnung im 1.OG ist ca. 90qm groß, geteilt werden Bad, eine eingerichtete Küche mit Esstisch und ein kleiner Gemeinschaftsraum mit Balkon.
In einem größeren Zimmer wohnt zur Zeit eine Soziologiestudentin, in einem anderen eine spanische Fremdsprechenreferentin.
Ich als Vermieterin, wohne separat im Erdgeschoss.
Waschmaschine und Trockner teilen wir uns im Keller. Ein Fahrrad kann unterm Carport abgestellt werden.
Die WG liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend gegenüber von Gartenanlagen in der Weststadt, jedoch nur 3-5 Gehminuten vom Donauknoten (Tram, Busse, Lidl, dm, kleinere Läden, Ärzte) entfernt.
Zur HBK sind es ca. 2km, zur Innenstadt ca. 4km und zur Uni ca. 5km, alles ist im 5 bis 10min-Takt per Straßenbahn erreichbar. Fahrrad fahren geht natürlich ungefähr genauso schnell.
Wir sind eine eher ruhige WG, man trifft sich oft in der Küche zum Kochen und erzählen....
Es gibt eine Katze im Haus - du solltest also besser keine Katzenhaar-Allergie haben.
