Das Sonnenzimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung im 3. OG mit einem anderen Zimmer, welches jetzt für 3 Monate untervermietet wird. Das Haus generell ist ein gemeinschaftlicher Ort, d.h. es gibt mal mehr, mal weniger Austausch zwischen den verschiedenen WGs.
The sun room is located in an apartment on the 3rd floor with another room, which is now subrented for 3 months. The house in general is a communal place, which means that there is sometimes more, sometimes less exchange between the different shared flats.
Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhof mit einem zauberhaften Permakulturgarten am Rudolfplatz. Die Busanbindung ist super. Es gibt insgesamt 5 Bushaltestellen in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, von wo die Busse in alle Richtungen fahren. Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Apotheke und das weiße Ross (Einkaufszentrum) sind innerhalb von 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The house is located in a quiet backyard with a magical permaculture garden on Rudolfplatz. The bus connection is perfect. There are a total of 5 bus stops within 3 minutes walking distance, from where the buses go in all directions. Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, pharmacy and the white Ross (shopping center) are within 7-10 minutes walk.
Für die nächsten 3 Monate würdest du mit einer neuen Person zusammen ziehen, nach dieser Zeit wird Elsa zurück kommen. Außerdem wohnen hitus und nick in der anderen Wohnung gegenüber und wir sind eine Stockwerk-WG, das heißt wir schnacken, kochen, trinken, tanzen, diskutieren und leben zusammen!
hitus wird im Winter wahrscheinlich nicht mehr anwesend sein, darum wünschen sich nick und elsa eine*n Mitbewohner*in, die*der anwesend ist und zur Gemeinschaft beiträgt und Lust hat auf community. Wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst, verstehen das aber auch alle und du kannst dich immer in dein Zimmer zurückziehen.
For the next 3 months you would move in with a new person, after that time Elsa will come back. Also, hitus and nick live in the other apartment on the opposite side and we are a floor-share, which means we chat, cook, drink, dance, discuss and live together!
hitus will probably not be present in winter, so nick and elsa would like to have a roommate who is present and contributes to the community and wants to be part of it. If you need your peace and quiet, everyone will understand and you can always retreat in your room.
