Japanese, in or close to city centre

Hi there! My name is Yuya, male, 31 years old, I come from Japan, work in Wolfsburg as an automotive engineer.
I'm looking for a long term rent flat-share, I think this is good opportunity for me to know new people and share the different culture life. I hope my roommate also have the same thinking, living together just like friends or families.
I was living in WG, when I was in university in Japan. I understand how to live and make good atmosphere with other people:-)

I've been in Germany for 8 months, at this moment I can't speak German. But I've already been attending in a German course, I believe I can speak German in the near future. Of course if you are interested in Japanese or Chinese language, it will be my pleasure to open a free private lesson course for you:-)
Regarding to my personality, usually easygoing, thoughtful are the comments from my friends. I like travel, biking, hiking, music and cooking. Always like to make some Japanese food for my friends:-)
