Braunschweig, looking for a room or a small flat to rent this winter semester

My name is Alejandro and I come from México to study this winter semester at the HBK, it´s my first time in Europe and of course at Germany. I thought that finding a place to stay in Braunchsweig will be easier but it seems that it is an Odyssey... anyway i studied at La Esmeralda that is the art school in México City, I´m a musician and Audio Engineer. I'm 36 years old and I had to share flat with roommates many times so I already know how the things are at flatshares. I consider myself a very clean person so I don´t mind to wash dishes or what ever is needed. I can cook and I can dance too ;) I don´t speak german but I'm very interested in learn the language so I can exchange spanish classes or I can teach you music or audio.

I do not smoke, I will be working on Ateliers at school almost the whole day, no problems with pets, no special diet, easygoing, clean and open-minded person.
