Suche WG oder WG-Zimmer in Braunschweig - TU-BS Student

Hello,
I am Yanwei Sun from China, I am a PhD candidate in Nanjing, China. I will begin a 1-year academic visit in Institut für Geodäsie und Photogrammetrie (IGP), Technische Universität Braunschweig. The address of the institute is Bienroder Weg 81, Nordcampus TU. The living stipend in Germany will be funded by China Scholarship Council (CSC). The stipend is EUR 1,350 per month, thus you don’t need to worry about the rent.
Nowadays I am searching for a share-flat room for long term renting. I have arrived at Braunschweig at 20.10.2019. It’s convenient to have a meet in person at any time. I want to rent from 01.11.2019 or later, and until 31.10.2020. It will be better if the flat is near main campus TU and supermarket. What’s more, I hope there will be less than 5 persons in the flat.
Normally, I will be in the institute in the daytime. I think I am an easy person to get along with. I am a tidy person, so I will keep the room, kitchen and toilet clean. I’m a non-smoker.
