Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch, ist sehr ruhig im hinteren Teil der Wohnung mit Blick in den Garten.
Ich wohne hier mit meinem 18jährigen Sohn - es handelt sich nicht um eine klassische WG, sondern um eine Zimmervermietung mit eigenem Bad (Wanne) und Küchenmitbenutzung.
Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer, eine große Küche und liegt in absolut bevorzugter lage von BS - 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Theater, 12 Minuten in die Stadt, 15 Minuten zur Uni - öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in direkter Nähe, ebenso wie der Prinzenpark. Aldi, Penny und Görge sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir wohnen im 4.Stock mit Fahrstuhl. Bei Interesse meldet euch gern zum Gucken-Kommen....
In den Wintermonaten kommt ein Heizpauschale von 20 Euro zu den Mietkosten.
Ach ja - mit uns lebt hier ein kleiner Pudel :)
