Es gibt 2 Zimmer sowie Küche als auch Bad
Dein Zimmer ist recht klein also eher für Leute gedacht die nicht oft zuhause sind
Es ist Hell und hat guten Empfang
Die Küche hat eine ist voll ausgestattet also braucht man sich darum keine sorgen zu machen
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine
Man kommt von der Wohnung innerhalb 5 minuten zu einem Edeka, Netto, einem Bio Bäcker oder den Haltestellen
Du wirst mit Emily (21 Jahre) zusammen wohnen, wirst sie aber eher selten antreffen. Sie hat ebenfalls vor in nächster zeit auszuziehen.
Falls nach der frist Interesse besteht weiter dort zu wohnen müsstest du nochmal einen neuen Vertrag mit dem Vermieter machen
