Das Zimmer ist 19,5 qm groß, hat hohe Decken
und ein großes Fenster.
Die Wohnung im 2. OG, ist sehr hell und geräumig, mit großem Badezimmer (Dusche + Badewanne) und einer Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Es existiert auch ein Gemeinschaftsraum/Wohnzimmer.
Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass man von der Straße nichts mitbekommt.
Super Verkehrsanbindung, nur wenige Minuten zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sowohl Bus, als auch Tram sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt in der Nähe (15 min. zu Fuß), Stadthalle und BraWo-Park ebenso.
Der Prinz-Albrecht-Park ist fußläufig und schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche in 5-10 Minuten Entfernung (fußläufig).
Die Mitbewohner sind Leo (25) und Fin (25). Beide sind Studenten. Einer an der TU, einer an der HBK.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig und entspannt, es wird in der Küche zusammen gequatscht, aber es gibt auch ruhigere Zeiten.
