Ich suche für mein Zimmer einen Zwischenmieter von Anfang Mai bis Ende Juli. Das Zimmer ist hell, zweigeteilt, sodass man z.B. ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer daraus machen kann, allerdings würdest du es unmöbliert übernehmen. Dein Mitbewohner ist Christoph, 27, schreibt gerade seine Diplomarbeit. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen zwischen kleiner und großer Weser. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Es fahren die Bahnen 4,6,8, also super Anbindung zur Uni und natürlich in die Innenstadt.
Da wir die Wohnung zu Ende Juli aufgeben, ich aber schon vorher ausziehe, ist es NUR zur Zwischenmiete für 3 Monate.
