Ich verlasse Bremen und mein nettes Zimmer in der Friedrich Ebert Strasse wird frei.
Die Wohnung hat ein 30 qm Wohnzimmer , eine gute ausgerüstete Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und ein Gaste-wc.
Das Zimmer ist 14 qm gross und kostet 360 warm mit Internet und Telefon. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit einem Bett, Kleiderschran und 2 Regale. Es wäre cool wenn ihr die Möbel übernehmen könntet sodass ich sie nicht einzeln verkaufen muss, aber wenn du trotzdem Möbel hast kreig ich das Zimmer auch leer.
I'm leaving Bremen and my nice room in Friedreich Hebert strasse.
The flat is very big and kinda new. There are 5 rooms, a 30sm living room, a very equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a toilet and a bathroom with washing machine.
The room is 14 sm and it costs all inclusive 360 euros. It's partially furnitured: there's a bed, a closet, a chair and a couple of shells. It would be nice if you could take the furniture, so I don't have to sell it separately, but you can of course take your stuff and I'll manage to get rid of it.
Das Haus ist nur 5 Minuten zur Domsheide und 2 Minuten zur Haltestelle Theater am Leibnizplatz ( tram 6, 4) entfernt. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Netto und Penny sind auch nur ein Paar Minuten entfernt.
The house is just 5 min. walking to Domsheide, 2 min. to tramstop ( nr. 6, 8 and 4), netto, rewe and penny are reachable in a few minutes, the kiosk is just down the stairs.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Kris (26, Maler und Skater), Christoph (29, Ingenieur bei OHB und Kitesurfer), Basti (29, Informatiker und Painballspieler) und Alice (21, sie kommt aus wales und arbeitet als Sprachassistentin).
Da deine Mitbewohner alle arbeiten spielt sich tagsüber nicht sehr viel in der wg ab, daher hängen wir eher abends mal zusammen im Wohnzimmer, Küche ab, kochen oder unternehmen was aber eher immer spontan geschiet, da ja jeder auch seine Sachen erledigen muss. Wir sind keine Party-wg aber Freunde sind selbstverständlich sehr willkommen.
You 'd share the flat whit my lovely flatemates Kris ( 26, painter and skater) Chris (29, engineer and kitesurfer) Basti, 29 ( informatics engineer and paintball player) and Alice (21, english teacher from Wales) that has just moved in.
We're definitely not a zweck wg but at the same time we don't do everything together, it's everything very easy-going and spontaneous . We enjoy eating, having a chat and/or a Bier together but at the same time everyone spends time in his own room doing his stuff.
We're not a party wg but there are friends visiting sometimes.
As I'm italian and not the best German speaker, my flatemates are used to speak English with me, ( and Alice speaks mainly English , too) so don't worry if you're not good in German, you can join them anyway :)
Please contact me via mail or phone call as my phone has problems with sms. If you speak English there are higher possibilities that I will understand what you say, otherwise just be patient and prepare yourself to repeat it a couple of times :)
