ich vermiete mein Zimmer für etwas länger als einen Monat unter. Das Zimmer ist in einem frisch renoviertem Altbau in der Alten Neustadt. Für etwas mehr als einen Monat kostet das euch 390€. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und teilweise möbliert. Über das Einzugsdatum und den entsprechenden Preis können wir gerne reden.
The Alte Neustadt is just a few meters away from the historical city center and a few minutes by bike to the Viertel, where you find all kind of exciting opportunities to drink beer and party. The tram 6 has a stop close by taking you to the main train station, university and the air port.

Die Alte Neustadt ist nur einen Katzensprung zum historischem Stadtkern und super nah zum Viertel, wo man in vielen netten Bars zappeln oder einfach ein Bier trinken kann. Die Tram 6 hat eine nahe gelegende Haltestelle und hält am Hauptbahnhof, Universität und am Flughafen.
Your house mates are very nice. They are interested in a lot of things and you can decide if you want to hang out with them or not. Because many things are changing right now in our apartment it depends on you what kind of new dynamics you bring into the shared house.
