GENERAL INFO: Exactly one furnished room but flat-share, Alte-stadt- I'm renting out a furnished room of 18 square meters. The room is part of a fully furnished flat of 80 square meters. The flat consists of 1 kitchen (with balcony), 1 big living room, 1 bathroom, 2 small storage rooms and 2 bedrooms. The flat is located in upper Neustadt at Am Deich 93
CONNECTIONS: The flat is very well served by public transportation: just in front of the house you find two big bus/tram stops (Wilhelm-Kaisen Bruecke and Am Neue Markt) where several busses and trams run through: Tram Line 4, 6 (airport university) and 8 and Bus line 24. With tram 6 you can reach the central station in 8 minutes, the airport in 10 minutes and the University in 25 minutes. The city center (Domesheide) is just 700 meters away from the front door. From there you also have many other tram and bus connections.
PRICE: The monthly price is 340 Euro all-inclusive: it comprehends room rent, electricity, water, heating, internet and neben kosten (building-related expenses like stair-hall cleanings and trash management taxes).
