Hallo!
ich habe ein Zimmer in der Neustadt Nähe der Hochschule zu vermieten. Es gibt ein grosse Küche, ein Wannenbad und einen kleinen Balkon.
Der /die neue Mitbewohner/in sollte die Partyphase hinter sich haben und wirtschaftlich abgesichert sein. Die Kosten all in belaufen sich auf 350€. Das Alter ist ab 30 angegeben, da ich 49 bin und es doch eine kleine Rolle spielt. Ich bin Koch von Beruf und war bis Juli letzten Jahres auf den Kanaren. Ich bin offen für alles bis auf Intoleranz.
Die Lage ist super weil man in wenigen Minuten an der Weser und in der Innenstadt ist, die Strasse selbst aber sehr ruhig ist. Alles was man für den Alltag braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, und man ist auch schnell im Grünen.
Ich selber spiele in meiner Freizeit Gitarre und mag alles was interessant und kreativ ist. macht euch aufgrund des Alters kein f´vorschnelles Bild sondern kommt einfach auf einen Kaffee rum. Gruß Peter
