Ich biete mein sehr schönes Wg-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich kurzfristig eine Wohnung gefunden habe.
Und dadurch die Kündigungsfrist überbrücken möchte.
Das Zimmer ist schmal geschnitten und hat eine hohe Altbaudecke mit Stuck.
Durch die Fenster (zur kaum befahrenen Straßen raus) gelangt genügend Licht und der Boden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt.
Das Hochbett schafft enorm viel Platz und ist super gemütlich.
Die WG befindet sich von der Lage her einfach perfekt in der Neustadt..man ist mitten drin.
Hat mehrere, in wenigen Minuten erreichbare S-Bahn/Bus Haltestellen zur Auswahl und ist auch zu Fuß in 10min in der City / HBF.
Du wirst mit Romy zusammen ziehen, die auch bis zum 1.12 zur Zwischenmiete hier wohnen wird.
Sonst gibt es zu der schönen Wohnung nicht viel zu erzählen.
