Hallo Zusammen,
in meiner Wohnung wird ein Zimmer für den Februar zur Zwischenmiete frei. Es handelt sich dabei um ein helles 14 qm Zimmer(siehe Fotos). Ich wohne hier beriets seit 4 Jahren und demnach ist die Wohnung TOP ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und alles was man zum Kochen und Leben so braucht. Es gibt einen großen Flur von dem dein Zimmer abgehen würde. Außerdem gibt es noch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und ein helles Bad (mit Fenster). Das WC ist seperat und somit perfekt für ein Leben zu zweit.
Das Zimmer ist ggf nach Absprache auch schon eine Woche früher zu beziehen.

In my flat is a room available for february. Its a bright and half furnished room and the size is around 14 square meters. The flat got a living room and the rest is full furnished. For example washing-machine, dish washer.
Top Lage! 1 min zu Bussen und Bahnen. Innenstadt 10 min zu Fuß. Rewe(bis 0 Uhr offen) und Aldi 3 min zu Fuß. Die kleine Weser ist direkt um die Ecke und lädt zum joggen und spazieren ein. Dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen und dein Zimmer liegt auch zum Innenhof.
The flat is close by the city center (10 min by foot). Bus and tram nearby(2 min by foot) as well as the supermarkets(open until 12 a.m.).
Ich bin 25 Jahre jung und studiere in Oldenburg Sport und Musik. Daher ist in der Wohnung auch alles was ein Musikerherz erfreut. Und wenn du Lust auf Sport hast(z.b. klettern, akrobatik) wird es ein aktiver Februar. Ich selbst habe den Februar keine Vorlesung mehr und daher bin ich auch kaum in Oldenburg. Ich koche gerne und helfe dir auch gerne bei jeglichen Fragen, falls du neu in der Stadt sein solltest.
I am 25 and a student(sport and music) so i love doing sports(e.g. bouldern, acrobatics) and i got everything that a "musicans-heart" would love in my flat. I enjoy cooking with friends and i am open minded. If you need anyhelp 'cause you are new in Germany or Bremen, i am sure i can give you a hand.
