Ich habe ein Gästezimmer, das ich im Januar und Februar 2019 vermiete.
Wir haben noch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und einen Netflixaccount. :)
Das Zimmer ist hell mit Blick auf den Park. Es liegt an einer einspurigen ruhigen Straße. Es wird möbliert wie auf den Bilder vermietet.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und kann mitbenutzt werden. Hier steht auch ein Tisch mit Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.

I have a furnished guest room that I offer for rent in Januarz and February 2019.
It’s opposite of the Hochschule centrally but quite located with a view in the park. If your German still has some room for improvement this wouldn’t be a problem at all, I lived 1 year in the UK :)
Die Lage ist super. Ruhig mit Blick ind Grüne aber so zentral das man Innenstadt und co auch alles zu Fuß / Rad erreichen kann. Zur Weser/Schlachte sind es ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Linie 6/4 sind ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt; Linie 1/8 ca 3 Minuten.
In der Neustadt selbst gibt es Cafés, Bars und einen schnuckeligen kleinen täglichen Markt in der Pappelstrasse.
Ich bin 30 und berufstätig - das klingt ganz schön langweilig. ;-) ich mache Yoga, koche gern und höre Hörbücher. Ich wohne seit knapp 5 Jahren in Bremen und stehe so gut ich kann mit Rat &Tat zur Seite. Ich habe meinen Job zu Ende Februar gekuendigt um Reisen zu gehen. Insofern werde ich Bremen und die Wohnung dann verlassen.
Sauberkeit, Ordnung und mein Schlaf sind mir wichtig. Ich hoffe dir auch. ;-)
