Ich Vermieter mein Zimmer direkt am Neustadtswall HSB. Entweder zur Untermiete unbefristet oder ganz normal.
Das Zimmer befindet sich zum hinter Hof raus. Ihr bekommt also nichts mit von dem Straßenlärm.
Ich würde es gern teilmöbiliert los werden. Also Kleiderschrank, Bett und TV Regal bleiben stehen und wenn gewünscht auch die Couch. Hierfür hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag von zzgl. 500€ . Oder wenn ihr möchtet auf Raten bzw. Als untermietvertrag für gesamt 400 Euro für ein möbiliertes Zimmer.
Zentral am Neustadtswall gelegen.
Penny, Rewe, Aldi, Döner, Pizzaria direkt ums eck.
Zu 7. Ist es hier echt entspannt. Alles nach dem Motto, alles kann nichts muss.
Für ein Bier oder ähnliches sind wir immer gern beisammen.
Du solltest das natürlich auch pflegen und kontaktfreudig sein.
ACHTUNG. Ich versuche die Tage noch ein paar Möbel los zu werden. Falls noch etwas verkauft wird, ist das natürlich dann leider weg.
