Das zu vergebene Zimmer ist etwa 20qm gross und hat einen eigenen Balkon (Hinterhausseite) wodurch es sehr freundlich wirkt. Im Zimmer liegt ein alter Dielenboden, die Wände und Decke habe ich erst vor kurzem weiß gestrichen. Es ist genug Platz für ein Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und auch eine kleines Sofa.
Die WG liegt im beliebten Flüsseviertel in der Bremer Neustadt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. In 2 Minuten ist man jedoch an der Strassenbahnstation Hochschule. Von dort aus braucht man mit der Bahn 3 Stationen in die Innenstadt oder ist auch schnell zu Fuß gegangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und was man sonst alles braucht sind auch um die Ecke. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, ich habe hier sehr gerne gewohnt.
Meine Mitbewohnerin 22, Biologiestudentin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr und ist für jeden Spaß zu haben, außerdem ist sie eine super Köchin. In der WG herrscht normale Ordnung und Sauberkeit, so soll es auch bleiben, ansonsten ist hier alles ganz entspannt
