Ab dem 04.10.2021 suche ich für meine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Alten Neustadt eine nette Wohngemeinschaft (gerne w/m gemischt). Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, bestehend aus 3 SZ, einer Küche mit EBK sowie 1 Bad mit Wanne und einem Balkon zum Innenhof. Die 3 WG-Zimmer sind mit Parkett ausgestattet. Das Bad wurde im Jahr 2018 erneuert, ebenfalls wurde der Flur neu gefliest.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt € 810,00 zzgl. € 210,00 NK inkl. Wasser und Gas
Die Warmmieten für die einzelnen Zimmer könnten man wie folgt aufteilen:
9,30 qm - € 290,-
12,70 qm - € 350,-
18,80 qm - € 380,- (Zimmer mit Balkon)

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi und Rewe befinden sich um die Ecke, sowie Imbisse, Kioske und Restaurants.
