The room is a very luminous room facing the small street. It's very quiet and has a super good shape. The floor is wooden. The room is completely empty (without furniture).
The flat has in total 3 rooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with a sunny balcony to have a good coffee in the morning or nice chill outs!
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geht zu der kleinen Straße heraus. Es ist sehr ruhig und ist super geschnitten. Der Boden ist Laminat. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung zwei weitere Zimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche mit einem Balkon, der zum ausgiebigen entspannen einlädt. :-) die Hausgemeinschaft ist super.

5 minutes from Rewe, Penny and Rossmann. Also there is a farmers market at some days of the week. Bars are close by. The Neustadt has a beautiful flair!!!
Straßenbahn und Busse sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Zu den Supermärkten braucht man 5 Minuten. Es gibt auch mehrere Wochenmärkte unter der Woche. Die Neustadt hat einen sehr schönen Flair und gehört zu den beliebtesten Viertel in Bremen.
You will live with Yosra and Marcos. The common language is mostly English. They are both working full time and enjoy cooking together and share some time on the balcony or playing board games.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Yosra und Marcos, beide 26 Jahre alt. Wir sprechen meistens Englisch zusammen, oder sind gemeinsam am Deutsch lernen. :-) wir kochen oder spielen Mal gern zusammen. Alle haben aber auch ihren festen Alltag und Job.
The 295€ Abschlag are for a new fridge and washing machine (both new and with guarantee). And also some furniture that belongs to the WG (bench, rubbish bins, toaster, etc.)
