Hello folks!
From September I am going for the research stay till the mid of February. That is why I would like to sublet my room for this period. Dates are flexible.
The room is in the 3-room apartment. The room and apartment are fully furnished. The room has a bed, wardrobe, commode, desk etc. In the kitchen you can find: microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and of course fridge and kitchen stove. There is also a living room.
My roommate is 28 years old PhD student at the University of Bremen. She is from El Salvador. We would like to have someone who speaks English or Spanish or both :) We do spend our time sometimes together or if we need our space it is not a problem as well.
The rent is 400 euros. In the rent includes everything: WiFi, rent, extra costs on water, electricity etc.
This option is ideal for someone who needs a room for a short time or newcomers, who still needs a time to realize where they want to leave in Bremen and have a time to find an ideal apartment ;).
The apartment has a great location in Radio Bremen. There are 2,3 trams and 25 bus next to the building. By bike it is 20 min till the University and 5 min till the city center. Grocery shops are in the walking distance or 1/2 stops by tram: Alnatura, Lidl, REWE.
