Hi all,
I have to leave Bremen and therefore my room in a very nice and international flat -- shared with 2 other young workers (PhD student) -- is becoming available.
The flat has 1 dining room/Wintergarten, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 balcony. The room is very spacious, has a built-in wardrobe and an access to the balcony.
The rent is 480€ per month (everything included)
We are very centrally located on Am Wall, in front of a park. On foot, it only takes 10 min to reach the historic centre and 12 min to get to the central station. There is an Altnatura (organic supermarket) and a bakery 250 m away from the flat.

Christina and Stelios are looking for a young worker who wants to live in a shared flat not just to keep the costs down but also to share moments with their flatmates. We’re not doing everything together but we’re trying to have at least one “flat night” per week where 2 of us are cleaning and the third one is cooking so that we can share a nice meal in a nice and clean apartment! Our common interests are : climbing, good food, good beer, watching movies.
