unsere WG löst sich auf und deshalb suchen wir zum ab jetzt bis 1.8 neue Nachmieter für zwei Zimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Tresckowstraße/Viertel. Sie ist nicht wunderschön, aber günstig, hat alles was man zum Leben braucht und liegt eben sehr zentral.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Eisschrank, Herd, Spüle und eine Spülmaschine gibt es auch!
Ebenso das Bad: Dusche, WC und Waschbecken
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß, hat 2 große Fenster zur ruhigen Tresckowstraße und kostet ca. 240 EUR warm.
Das andere ist 16m groß, ein Fernster aber kostet nur 200€.
Dort wohne ich, ein Student aus Malaysia, bei Interesse melde dich einfach bei mir
