Hey ihr,
leider zieht unsere Mitbewohnerin bald aus und deshalb suchen wir (Carola 21 und Carlotta 20 - Studentinnen an der Uni) einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 3er Wg. Das Zimmer ist hell und 10m² groß. Es ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und frisch renoviert.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss, Bahnhof und Stadt sind ohne Probleme zu Fuß in fünf Minuten erreichbar, die Uni/ Hochschule gut mit dem Fahrrad (750m HBF, 800m Stadt, 5km Uni), ansonsten fährt die Straßenbahn (Linie 10) praktisch direkt vor der Haustür und auch ins "Viertel". Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.03.12 bezugsfertig (nach Absprache auch früher).
Eine neue Einbauküche (ohne Zuzahlung und mit Spülmaschine)ist gerade eingebaut worden. Zudem hat die Wohnung ein helles Badezimmer mit Fenster und Badewanne.
