Hallo,
ich bin 25 Jahre alt und suche zum 1.07. einen neuen Mitbewohner für ein 16qm großes Zimmer in der Bornstraße.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und in einer super Lage. Eine Küche mit Waschmaschiene und Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Miete beträgt 250,- plus SWB und Internet.
Ich mache ab Oktober meinen Master in Architektur an der HS-Bremen.
Ich wohne seit 2 Jahren in dieser Wohnung und bin sehr zufrieden hier, leider verlässt mich mein Mittbewohner aus beruflichen Gründen.
Ich bin ruhig und umgänglich und für einen Mann glaube ich auch sehr ordentlich und sauber.
