ich biete mein Zimmer an zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.09. - 05.10.2014.
Das Zimmer ist 16m²groß und ist voll möbliert. Du hast Platz für deine Sachen (Kleiderschrank etc.). Wir haben außerdem eine große Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon zur Südseite. Spülmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ok, manchmal braucht es etwas Zeit um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Ansonsten das perfekte Zwischenmiete-Zimmer!
Super zentrale Lage, S-Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür (Station: Rembertistraße, außerdem ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof).
Du hast drei super MitbewohnerInnen(Inken, Helge und Katharina), nette, unkomplizierte und aufgeschlossene Menschen im Alter von 23-32 ;-)
Von dir erwartet wird, dass du mithilfst beim Putzen und keine großen Parties bei uns feierst ;)
Bei Interesse meldet euch bitte per Mail, Whatsapp/SMS oder ruf an! Besichtigung wäre natürlich ideal, damit wir uns kennen lernen können und du dir unsere wunderschöne Wohnung mal anschauen kannst :)
