Hello people, a great room will be available on April 1st in the center of Bremen. My current flatmate found a place with his girlfriend, so I'm looking for someone to replace him this spring. The room is approximately 20 square meters large and has its own private balcony. If you'd like, you may keep the furniture too (except for the bed) for a low negotiable price.
The apartment is located super centrally at Rembertistraße stop (one away from the Hbf) with connections to the 25 bus and 1, 4, 5, 6E & 10 trams lines. The huge Edeka, McFit, Post Office and the Viertel are reachable within minutes on foot. The building is secure and has a basement where you can store your bike and other stuff. I couldn't have asked for a better location.
I'm a 30-year-old MA student in Digital Media at the Hochschule für Künste. I've lived pretty much all my life in California and decided to move to Germany a year and a half ago for an adventure. Ich spreche auch etwas Deutsch und würde gerne einen Mitbewohner finden, mit dem ich mein Deutsch üben kann, egal ob Frau oder Mann. When I'm not busy with school stuff, I like to climb at the Linie 7, go to the gym, cycle, cook, travel and hang out with friends.
I'm looking for a clean, quiet and considerate flatmate who's preferably 26 years or older. I consider myself a sociable person and I like to go out occasionally, but I don't like to bring the party home. Home is where I like to unwind and relax, so I'd appreciate a flatmate with similar sensibilities. It'd definitely be cool to cook a meal or do Sport together every once in a while too, but that's not a must :)
