In unserer 3er-WG wird zum 01.05.2014 ein Zimmer frei.
Es ist ausgestattet mit Telefon- und DSL-Anschluss.
Die WG verfügt ein Bad mit Badewanne, Küche, eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine und sonst alles was man eigentlich so im Haushalt braucht.
Achja, im ganzen Haus inkl. deinem Zimmer ist Laminat ausgelegt.
Die Anbindung zur Uni und zur FH sind sehr gut. Der Bahnhof, die Wallanlagen und die Innenstadt liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Miete ist inkl. sämtlicher Nebenkosten, auch Strom und Heizung. Es gibt keine Jahresabrechnungen, somit auch keine bösen Überraschungen. Das einzige was extra kommt, ist die Beteiligung am DSL- und Telefonanschluss mit ca. 10,- pro Person.
