in unserer 3er-WG wird ein neuer Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin gesucht.
Wir, das sind Romain (25, Ingenieur) und eineweiter neu Mitbewohnerin due diese Woche einzieht.
Zu den Fakten:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m² groß und vom Zimmer geht noch ein Balkon ab. Die Warmmiete liegt bei 300€ (inklusive Internet, TV und guter Laune). Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.8.2014 verfügbar.
Im Zimmer sind diverse Möbel vorhanden und es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der neue Mitbewohner diese für ein bisschen Geld übernimmt. Es sind ein Bett, ein
Sofa, ein Couchtisch, ein Fernseher, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist somit komplett möbliert.
We are looking for a new roommate in our 3-WG apartment, current occupants are 1 male (engineer) and 1 female (student) in their 20's.
The facts:
The room is large, approximately 18 m², light and spacious and includes a balcony. At present the room is fully furnished with a bed, sofa, coffee table, TV, wardrobe and desk..it would be great if the new roommate takes over this for a small bit of money. The room will be available from the 1st August 2014 an the rent is 300 € (all other costs included).
Der Rest der Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, die Küche ist komplett (Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, diverse Elektrogeräte) und im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen (Uni: 20 Min mit der Bahn oder Fahrrad, Zentrum/Bahnhof sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt...) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug.
The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, pantry, and various electrical appliances. The bathroom also has a washing machine and there is a clothes line for drying clothes. The apartment is very central and convenient, only a few minutes walk from Bremen HBF. Everything is easy to reach, the university is 20 minutes by train or bicycle, city center and shops are only a few minutes away.
Es wird gerne spontan zusammen gekocht, gegessen, gequatscht usw... die Türen stehen meistens offen, jedoch hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Frei nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss.
Sonstiges:
The life in our flat is easy going we are cooking together or have a chat in the kitchen. Our doors are normally open but we are also have our privacy if necessary.
