Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe, wird das Zimmer zum 01.05.15 frei.
Das Zimmer ist groß und ruhig, Straßenverkehr hört man kaum. Die Fenster sind neu, Heizung funktioniert gut. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt) und Schlachte sowie Innenstadt lassen sich zu Fuß erreichen. Die Mietbewohner sind sehr nett (Heike & Carlos) und berufstätig (vor kurzem das Studium abgeschlossen), jedoch feiern sie auch gerne :) Die Küche ist ausgestattet (Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, 2 Kuhschränke usw)
Die Miete beträgt 295 € + Gas, Strom und Internet (40€).
Because i will move together with my girlfriend, there will be a room available from the first of May 15.
The room size is about 23m2. The apartment is 5min away from the central station. The flatmates are very nice, both working and speak English, Spanish and German. Don´t worry, they also like to party :) The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, oven, 2 refrigerators).
The rent costs 295€ + 40 (internet, gas, water).
