das angebotene Zimmer ist eines von insg 3 Zimmern +Küche +Bad +WC.
Ich biete es ab sofort an. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist super über die Haltestelle Falkenstraße zu erreichen oder auch fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof. Wir sind derzeit eine 3er WG mit 2 weiteren netten Mädels.
Ich würde gern meine Möbel (Bett, TV-Bank inkl. TV) mit abgeben. Außerdem mussten wir bei Einzug eine Abschlagszahlung an die Vormieter wegen der Einbauküche zahlen, die ich gern weiterreichen würde. Preis für Abschlag und Möbel liegen bei EUR 300,- VB.
Die Warmmiete mit allem drum und dran liegt bei EUR 270,- und das Zimmer ist 14,4 m² groß.
