Zur Zwischen Miete vom 15. Oktober 2015 bis 15. Januar 2016.

Sehr schönes, frisch im Mai 2013 renoviertes Zimmer einen Steinwurf vom Bremer Hauptbahnhof, dem St. Petri Dom und der Innenstadt entfernt.
Man kann alles in wenigen Minuten erreichen.
Vom HBF sind es nur ca 4 - 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Appartement.

Zu aller erst:
Bitte erwartet nicht zu viel für den Preis. Dann kann man auch nicht enttäuscht werden. Aber ich finde für 250€ Miete pro Monat kann man über die ein oder anderen Dinge hin weg sehen.
Das Zimmer ist perfekt für Leute die nicht viel Wert auf Luxus legen und einfach nur eine simple Wohnung suchen.

Beschreibung:
Kleines, aber gemütliches Zimmer mit Charme. Die Größe des Raums Beträgt ca 30 qm².
Das Zimmer ist Teil-Möbiliert. Ein Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kommode und WLan sind vorhanden.
Eine Küche ist zur Zeit noch nicht installiert aber wird in der zukunft erfolgen.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem guten Zustand. Es ist eine Zweizimmerwohnung mit Badezimmer, Badewanne und Waschbecken.

In der Nähe :

Dank der super zentralen Lage gibt es etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Morgens hat man die Qual der Wahl wo man frühstücken möchte. Bäckereien , Cafés , Restaurants , Backstuben sind in 4 - 5 Fuß Minuten erreichbar.

- Das "Szene Viertel" Steintor
ist knapp 8 min entfernt und dort findet ihr ebenfalls sehr viele Einkauf Möglichkeiten.

- Die Disco Meile liegt direkt vor der Tür. Also am Wochenende ist immer Action angesagt. Unzählige Bars und Tanzlokale liegen in der Umgebung.

- Die Weser ist in 10 min erreicht

- Den St. Petri Dom erreicht man in 6 - 7 Min

- Den HBF in ca 4 - 5 min

- Die Innenstadt ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

- Kiosk 10m entfernt.

First of all:
Please, do not expect too much at this price and you won't be disappointed. I think for 250€ you can overlook one or another things. The room is perfect for people who dont need much luxury.

Little, but very comfortable room with charm. The room size is ca 30qm.
The room have a couch, desk and Wi-Fi.
A kitchen is not installed at the moment.

The Room is in good condition. It is a 2 room flat with Bathroom, bathub and a wash bowl.
The other room is also to rent for guests. that means you have to share the toilet with other guests.

Surroundings:
Due to the main station you have access to a vast number of bakerys, cafés , restaurants and saloons. You can reach everything in 4 - 5 mins by foot.

- The scene-quater "Steintor" dictance is only 8 mins, there you have a lot of shopping choice too

- The party area is right in front of the door. At the weekend you can do much activitys. Unlimited bars and discotheques are near by.

- The river "Weser" is only 10 mins by foot

- You can reach the "St. Petri Dom" in 6 - 7 mins

- The Main station in 4 - 5 mins by foot

- The city is in 5 mins reachable

- Kiosk in 10 meter

Other Things to Note

Location:
The Appartement is located in the "Bremen party area".
This area is urban and busy. It is not calm. That means at weekends it is a lil bit louder outside but you can make super partys too. During normal weeks it is more calm because the most
bars are closed except special events.
Please only book the room if you can accept this.

By the way i have no curtains in the room.
