Hallo zusammen,
zum 1.Juli wird ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG in der Nähe des Bremer Bahnhofs frei. Momentan wohnen wir hier zu zweit (2 Studentinnen, 23 und 27 Jahre). Da ich aber leider aus Bremen weg ziehe, suchen wir eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Das Zimmer ist ca 26 m² groß und hat einen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man alles (Einkaufen, Innenstadt, etc.) schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Haltestelle Falkenstraße ist 2 Minuten, der Hauptbahnhof ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
Neben den beiden Zimmern, der Küche und dem Bad gibt es in dem Wohnhaus noch einen Kellerraum sowie einen Waschraum.
