Wir sind eine 5er WG (31-47), berufstätig, zur Zeit alle weiblich und NR), die in einem Altbau auf ca. 200qm wohnt. Es gibt einen riesigen Flur, ein großes Gemeinschaftszimmer (genutzt als Gästezimmer, Wäschezimmer, Esszimmer, TV-Raum etc.), ein ordentliches Bad (mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Fenster), eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine, zwei separate Toiletten und einen (etwas eigenen) Balkon. Wir suchen ab 1.2.2017 (nach Absprache früher) eine nette/n Mitbewohner/in für ein Zimmer mit ca. 36 qm, großer Fensterfront, 4 Meter hohen Decken und Parkettboden. Zur Zeit kostet es ca. 400 Euro warm (inklusive Strom, Gas, Wasser und Flatrate WLAN/Festnetz/GEZ). Bei den Zeitungsabos (taz, ZEIT) kann man sich anschließen, muss man aber nicht.
