Wir haben ein schönes WG-Zimmer übrig und wollen dieses für zwei Monate (15.8.-15.10.) an einen netten Menschen vermieten. (Über ein, zwei Wochen mehr könnten wir ggf. reden...;)
Das Objekt der Begierde ist gemütliche 11m² groß, bietet aber Platz für alles, was man braucht. Es wird möbliert vermietet, das heißt, ein Bett, eine Kommode, ein Schreibtisch und ein Regal stehen dir zur Verfügung. In dem Preis von 240 Euro monatlich sind alle Nebenkosten inkl. Internetflat inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss. Wir haben ein schönes helles Bad mit Badewanne, unsere neue Einbauküche ist mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus haben wir auch ein eigenes Kellerabteil, sowie Möglichkeiten zum Wäschetrocknen auf dem Dachboden.
Our third room is free for the moment, that’s why we would like to rent it for two months (15th August – 15th October) to a nice person.
It is quite small (11m²) but it contains everything you need. We'll rent it furnished, what means that you can use a bed, a chest of drawers, a desk and shelves. The flat itself is on the first floor. We have a big light bathroom with a bath, and the new fitted kitchen contains a dishwasher and a washing machine. Besides, we have a cellar room and a possibility to dry our clothes in the attic.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Falkenstraße (direkt an den Wallanlagen) und liegt damit mehr als zentral: Man läuft 7 min zum Bahnhof oder in die Innenstadt. Die Uni erreicht man durch den Bürgerpark mit dem Fahrrad in 20 min. Aber auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist super. Die Linie 10 hält quasi direkt vor der Haustür, ebenso wie die Buslinie 25 (beides Daniel-von-Büren-Str.). In 5 min ist man außerdem an der Haltestelle Am Wall, wo die Linien 26, 27 und 1 fahren. Auch einkaufen kann man hier in der Umgebung gut: Netto, Penny, Aldi, Edeka und Alnatura erreicht man in 5-10 min.
The flat is located in Falkenstraße, which is more than central: You reach the Central Station or the City Centre within 7 min by walking. To get to the University, it takes you 20 min by bike through the Bürgerpark. The connection to public transport is good as well. Almost in front of the door is the stop Daniel-von-Büren-Str. (Line 10, 25) and at 5 min by walking you reach the stop Am Wall (Line 26, 27, 1). Aldi, Penny, Netto, Edeka and Alnatura are nearby.
Du wohnst mit Caro (26) und Anne (24) zusammen. Da Caro ihren Master abgeschlossen hat, wird sie (voraussichtlich) zum 1.9. ausziehen. Anne studiert noch im 2. Mastersemester in Oldenburg und wird ihren Sommer mit Hausarbeiten und ein bisschen reisen verbringen. Jeder wird also gut mit seinen Sachen beschäftigt sein. Gegen ein kleines Pläuschchen im Flur oder eine Tasse Tee/ein Bier in der Küche hat aber niemand etwas einzuwenden.
Your flatmates are Caro (26) and Anne (24). As Caro has finished her Master, she will (probably) move out in September. Anne is still studying her Master in Oldenburg and will be spending her summer with university stuff and travelling. As you can see, we will be quite busy with our stuff, but still there will be time to have smalltalk or to drink a cup of tea/a beer together.
