Wir sind eine 5er WG (31-47, berufstätig, zur Zeit alle weiblich), die in einem Altbau auf ca. 200 qm wohnt. Es gibt einen riesigen Flur, ein großes Gemeinschaftszimmer (genutzt als Gästezimmer, Wäschezimmer, Esszimmer, TV-Raum etc.), ein ordentliches Bad (mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Fenster), eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine, zwei separate Toiletten und einen (etwas eigenen) Balkon (für Raucher). Wir suchen ca. ab 15.9.oder 1.10.2017 eine nette/n Mitbewohner/in für ein Zimmer mit ca. 15 qm, in das bei einer Deckenhöhe von 4 Metern zusätzlich noch eine Hochebene von ca. 6 qm Größe eingebaut ist. Der Boden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt. Zur Zeit kostet es 276 Euro warm (inklusive Strom, Gas, Wasser und Flatrate WLAN/Festnetz). Den Zeitungsabos (taz, ZEIT) kann man sich anschließen, muss man aber nicht.
