Furnished attic room in the City

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum direkt neben den Wallanlagen. Bis in die Innenstadt und zur Schlachte und zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn ca. 15 Minuten und zur Hochschule 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Supermärkte wie z.B. LIDL, Edeka und Aldi sind in ca. 5-10min zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the city center directly next to the park, “Wallanlagen”. There are great jogging paths by the water. The city center, main train station, cinema and the Schlachte are just minutes away by foot. There are multiple public transportation options 1-2 minutes walk from the apartment. The University is approximately 15 minutes by tram and the Hochschule is around 5 minutes by bike. Supermarkets, such as Edeka, LID, Aldi and Alnatura (organic foods) are all within 5-10 minutes. There is a Farmer’s Market in the Marktplatz ‪Monday-Saturday‬.

Unsere Mitbewohner kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern, Jedoch werden EU- Bürger wahrscheinlich einen Schwerpunkt bilden. In der Regel sprechen alle Bewohner deutsch und englisch. Für uns sind Regeln (Küchennutzung, Badnutzung) sehr wichtig. Wir suchen entspannte und unkomplizierte Personen, die sehr sauber und ordentlich sind.Wir sind eine weltoffene WG und dulden keinen Sexismus, Rassismus oder Homophobie in unserem Lebensalltag.

Your future roommates come from a great variety of countries around the world, so there are many languages being spoken, frequently English as well as many students learning German together. In addition to this apartment, there are other flatshares in the building giving you’re the opportunity to meet and explore with many people. Rules are very important to us. We are looking for interesting and easygoing people who are organized and clean. We are very accepting and will not tolerate any sexism, racism or homophobia within the walls of this apartment.
