Cosy room(furnished) in a two-room apartment with fitted kitchen and modern bathroom with bathtub. The room is approx. 19 m² and has a spacious and comfortable sofa, cupboard, study table and one extra table.
Die Wohnung liegt Am Wall 141, von dort sind die Linien 25 und 24, die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 4, 6 und 5 in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Hauptbahnhof oder zur Domsheide sind es nur 5 min. Die Wohnung selbst liegt sehr nah am Park, so dass man sehr gut zum Laufen und Chillen im Park kommt.
Geschäfte (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka und Apotheke, etc.), Fitnessstudios, Innenstadt sind sehr nah am Platz.

The apartment is at Am Wall 141 from there lines 25 and 24, Tram lines 1, 4, 6 and 5 are two minutes away. To reach Hauptbahnhof or Domsheide it takes only 5 mins. The place itself is very close to the park so it is very convenient for running and chilling in the park.
Shops (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka and pharmacy, etc.), fitness studios, city centre are very close to the place.
Der Mitbewohner ist Hardebramha (27). Er hat gerade seinen Abschluss (Master) in Supply Chain Management an der Jacob University gemacht und sucht derzeit nach einem Vollzeitjob. Derzeit arbeitet er für Amazon als Teilzeitjob. Von der Persönlichkeit her ist er ein freundlicher Mensch. Er lernt auch Gitarre, er kocht auch gerne(meistens vegetarisch), macht lange Spaziergänge, spielt Spiele und unterhält sich auch gerne über aktuelle Themen, Politik und solche Themen. Die Aufgaben im Haushalt(Putzen, etc..) und in der WG haben bisher immer super geklappt, er ist sehr flexibel und kann sich auf neue Ideen einlassen.

He is currently working for Amazon as a part-time job. Personality-wise he is a friendly person. He is also learning guitar, he also likes to cook(mostly vegetarian food), long walking, playing games and also likes conversation about current affairs, politics and topics like that. The household jobs(cleanings, etc..) and flatshare issues have always worked out great so far, He is very flexible and can get involved with new ideas.
