Hey, ich bin Joni und Ich vermiete das Dachgeschoss Zimmer in meiner Wohnung. Das Zimmer hat mit seinen 4 großen Fenstern sehr viel Sonnenlicht und ist dadurch schön hell. Da es direkt unterm Dach ist, gibt es leider 2 schräge Wände, die den Raum ein wenig kleiner machen, als er es eigentlich ist.
Die Wohnung liegt an den Wallanlagen wodurch man in 5 Minuten direkt im grünen ist. In 2 Minuten kommt man zur Daniel von Bühren Haltestelle von der aus die Straßenbahn 10 und 5 fahren. Der Balkon der Wohnung zeigt in Richtung Westen, wodurch man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat.
Ich bin Jonathan, bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere Integriertes Design an der HfK.
Ich möchte das obere Zimmer gerne vermieten, da ich es nicht sonderlich viel nutze. Ich bin viel unterwegs und bin gerne unter Menschen verbringe aber auch gerne mal Zeit für mich. Dementsprechend suche ich nach einer coolen Ergänzung für diese coole Wohnung:)
