Der Raum ist 16m^2 groß, quadratisch und hat zwei große Fenster auf der Nordseite. Die Wände sind weiß und der Boden ist aus laminiertem Holz.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, hat aber Vorhänge an den Fenstern.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle fast direkt hinter dem Haus und 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof.
Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind, einen Rewe, Edeka und Rossmann.
In ca. 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im schönen Bürgerpark oder in der Innenstadt.

ein paar Infos über uns: Ben (22) studiert Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, er arbeitet in der Bar Blauer
Fasan - sehr zu empfehlen 😉
Leonie (28) studiert medizinische Biostatistik im Master. Sie ist
arbeitet an ihrer Masterarbeit und treibt gerne Sport im Bürgerpark.
Narayan (25) verlässt die WG, da er aus beruflichen Gründen in eine andere Stadt zieht.
Über unser WG-Leben: Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und gehen manchmal in
Bars. Wir würden auch gerne ab und zu ein Brettspiel mit dir spielen. Alles in allem sind wir eher eine ruhige und ordentliche WG.

The room is 16m^2, square with two large windows to the north side. The walls are white and the floor is laminated wood.
The room is rented unfurnished, but has curtains to the windows.
The apartment is centrally located with a tram stop almost directly behind the house and 5 minutes walk to the main central station.
There are several shopping facilities that are within easy walking distance, a Rewe, Edeka and Rossmann.
In about 10 minutes you can walk to the beautiful Bürgerpark or downtown.

Narayan (25) is leaving the flatshare as he is relocating to different city for work purpose.
About our WG life: we are not a purpose WG. We like to cook together and sometimes go out to
bars together. We would also be happy to play a board game with you from time to time. All in all we are rather a quiet and tidy WG.
