Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Ins Viertel ist es nicht weit und der Bahnhof ist auch nur ca. 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Bahnlinien 10 und 4 erreicht man in 3 Min.
Der vordere Teil der Parkallee ist eine Fahrradstraße, was heißt, sie ist sehr ruhig, auch wenn das Zimmer zur Straße liegt.
Du würdest mit einem Mann und einer Frau zusammen wohnen, die beide sehr unkompliziert sind. Beide sind berufstätig, Nichtraucher, MItte/Ende 30. Es soll keine reine Zweck-WG sein. Wir frühstücken immer mal zusammen, gehen essen oder sehen fern.
Die Zwischenmietlösung ist variabel, ob bis 1. August oder vielleicht auch 1.7. oder 1.9. steht noch nicht fest.
