Liebe Zimmersuchende,
da Paulina nach Chile für Urlaub fliegt, suchen wir eine/n freundlichen, organisierten und unkomplizierten Mitbewohner/in für unseres gemütliches Zimmer. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein 13qm großes, möbliertes Zimmer.
In der Wohnung sind außerdem noch 2 weitere Zimmer, Küche inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Bad und getrennt davon die Toilette, ein Abstellraum, ein großer Wohnflur mit Sitzecke und ein Balkon. Eine Etage höher ist ein weiterer Abstellraum, und im Keller ist Platz für dein Fahrrad.

since Paulina is leaving for vacations for a month to Chile, we are looking for a friendly, organized and uncomplicated flatmate.
In the apartment, there are two other rooms , a kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a washing machine which is separate from our toilet. We have a storage room and a relatively big entrance hall which is our living room. Also there is a big balcony with a hammock and a grill to enjoy whenever the weather allows it. In the basement there is a garage where you can park your bike.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Ihr seid zu Fuß in 2 Min im wunderschönen Bürgerpark, in 10 Min am Hbf, an der Partymeile und auch in max.15 Min in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, REWE, Aldi) sind zu Fuß in 5-10 Min zu erreichen.
Ansonsten seid ihr auch schnell überall mit Bus und Bahn, die hier im Minutentakt fahren - die Haltestelle "Am Stern" ist in 2-3 Min erreicht. Von da kommt ihr in 3 Min zum Hbf, in 10 Min mit der 6 zur Uni und in 14 Min mit der 8 an die Hochschule.
Our flat´s location is very central, two minutes away is beautiful Burgerpark. Ten minutes walking you can easily reach the Central station and in 15 minutes you can arrive to the centre. We have several supermarkets in the neighbourhood, all which can be reached in a 5-10 minute walk.
With the Trams and buses its even faster lines 6 and 8 and 24 are only 3 minutes away with which you can reach the university in 10min and the Hochschule in 14min. Otherwise you can also walk 5 min to the stop Rembertistrasse and take lines 1,4,10,25 which take you in 3 minutes to the heart of the Viertel or to Werder See.
Ihr würdet hier mit meinem Mitbewohner Christoph und Sarah, die für ein Auslandssemester nach Bremen in ende März einzieht, wohnen. Bisher haben wir regelmäßig etwas zusammen unternommen wie gemeinsam essen, spazieren, Filme gucken oder Sport machen. Du bist hier also nicht alleine und ich freue mich, wenn du dich am WG-Leben beteiligst. Natürlich macht jeder auch sein eigenes Ding, also es ist alles ganz unkompliziert :)
You would share the flat with Christoph and Sarah. Christoph studies at the University while Sarah at the School of Arts, she will move-in in the end of March since she comes for her semester abroad from Austria. Until now we have shared time together, either cooking, watching some movies, drinking some wine, or training a bit, we are happy to share some of our free time together, but obviously everyone has their own lives and agendas so no worries we are very relaxed and uncomplicated.
