wir ( Fabian 22 Jahre alt, Gregor 24 Jahre alt und Julius 20 Jahre alt) suchen zum 01.05 einen Nachmieter für ein Zimmer in unser 4er WG.
Lage: Die Wohnung ist in Bremen, Borgfeld. Nähe zur Uni, direkte Strassenbahnanbindung ( Endhaltestelle Borgfeld).
Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 120 qm groß, und befindet sich im 3 OG. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig, da die Wohnung sich über einer Sparkasse befindet und es im Haus so gut wie keine Nachbarn gibt.
Dein Zimmer wäre ca. 20 qm groß. Wir habe einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum, mit offener Küche. Ein Gäste WC, sowie ein Vollbad mit Fenster. Im Gemeinschaftsraum wird geraucht.
Kosten: Die Kaltmiete beträgt 250 Euro, NK ( Heizung und Wasser) 70 Euro, Strom 18 Euro und Internet 6,50 Euro.
Insgesamt 344,50 Euro. Kaution beträgt 500 Euro.
Rewe, Bäcker, Zahnärzte usw. sind im Umfeld gut zu erreichen.
Wir drei arbeiten alle in der Gastronomie, Fabian und Gregor sind gelernte Köche, und Julius macht eine Ausbildung zum Hotelfachmann. Wir sind alle drei aufgeschlossen und humorvoll :)
